What you share

Training inquiries collect contact details, player age and level, goals, and availability. Free-guide signups collect your name and email, plus your optional preference for training updates. Swing reviews may include video footage and notes. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive information.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange training, provide requested resources, and fulfill purchases. Optional training updates are separate from messages needed to handle your request. You can opt out using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by emailing Zach. Purchase and essential coaching messages are separate.

Storage and service providers

Website records and uploaded videos are stored with the site’s hosting and storage providers. If online checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payments; this site does not receive or store your full card details. Resend sends transactional messages and optional development emails. We record delivery status, purchase and subscription status, training assessments, check-ins, messages, and coaching files to provide the service. Brief abuse-prevention records are used to limit excessive form submissions.

Young players

Forms are intended for adults. If the player is under 18, a parent or guardian should submit the request and provide permission before sharing footage. Do not submit personal details directly if you are a child.

Website measurement and access

We record basic page and offer activity and campaign tags to understand where interest and purchases come from. Session storage preserves campaign tags. A secure sign-in cookie maintains access to your account; payment card details remain with Stripe. Advertising pixels are not enabled unless separately configured with appropriate notice and consent.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at zach.wadas10@gmail.com. Some order records may need to be retained for fulfillment, accounting, or dispute handling. Training inquiries and footage are not published as testimonials or marketing materials without permission.
