Cancellation policy

Monthly coaching

Remote Player Development renews monthly at the price shown when you subscribe until you cancel. There is no long-term contract. Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next monthly charge.

How to cancel

Open your player dashboard, choose “Manage billing & subscription,” and cancel in the Stripe billing portal. The portal shows the effective cancellation date. If you cannot access it, email Zach for help.

After cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Coaching access continues through that date, unless the related payment is refunded or disputed. A separate paid Blueprint purchase remains available unless that purchase is refunded or disputed.

Failed payments

Update your payment method through the same billing portal. Access may pause if payment is overdue or the subscription becomes unpaid. Payment retries and invoice status are handled by Stripe.

Calls and local training

Message Zach as early as possible if you need to rearrange a coaching call. Local training interest is not a reservation. Any local session’s location, payment, and rescheduling terms must be confirmed before booking.
