Performance education
Coaching and programs provide baseball performance education. They do not provide medical diagnosis, physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, or individualized nutrition prescriptions. Seek qualified healthcare advice for medical concerns and whether training is appropriate for you.
Training risks and your responsibilities
Hitting, sprinting, jumping, lifting, and other physical training involve risks, including falls, collisions, muscle or joint injury, and more serious injury. Use suitable equipment, adequate space, safe filming positions, and supervision appropriate to the athlete’s age and experience. Progress gradually and stop if pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms occur.
Remote limitations
A remote coach cannot inspect your environment, supervise every repetition, or fully assess an injury from a video. Share accurate context, ask when an instruction is unclear, and do not perform a movement you cannot complete safely.
Parent or guardian consent
For athletes under 18, the parent or legal guardian must purchase, hold the account, complete the assessment, and authorize the sharing of the athlete’s footage. The parent or guardian is responsible for appropriate supervision and communication. Children should not create accounts or submit their own personal information directly.
Footage and privacy
Only submit footage you have permission to share. Footage is used for coaching and is not automatically authorized for public marketing. Public testimonials or footage require separate permission.
Acknowledgment
By checking the training consent box, you acknowledge these risks and responsibilities, confirm you are the adult athlete or authorized parent/guardian, and choose to participate voluntarily. This acknowledgment does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
